Somoy TV (সময় টিভি),
also known as just as branded on-air, is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language satellite and cable news television channel. It is based in the Nasir Trade Centre at Bir Uttam CR Dutta Road in Dhaka. Somoy is primarily owned by City Group.
The channel was launched on 17 April 2011.
